Labs

About

What Labs is for

Labs is the place for projects built outside of professional work, the ones that start as a question on a Saturday morning rather than a requirement in a ticket. Some become something real. Most do not, and that is fine.

Why write them up

Code rots and repositories get abandoned, but the thinking behind a project is usually the part worth keeping. Each project here gets a proper write-up: what the problem was, what got built, what worked and what did not.

How it is built

This site runs on Next.js with Supabase behind it, styled with a glass-and-gradient system shared with the rest of dewabuanam.com. Content can be written in the admin area or pushed in over the public content API, which makes it easy to publish from a script.

Getting in touch

The quickest route is the contact links in the footer, or through the main site. If a project here is useful to you, that is reason enough to say hello.
